Summary
Veeva Systems is building an industry cloud for Life Sciences through software, data, AI, and business consulting. The Consultant will lead customer project workstreams, solve complex problems using data and software insights, mentor Associate Consultants, and contribute to business development and internal intellectual property.
Responsibilities
- Lead project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring the high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions
- Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders, leveraging Veeva’s unique data and software insights
- Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and professional development within your workstream
- Drive practice growth by contributing to business development and internal IP creation
Skills
- **Experience:** 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
- **Analytical Rigor:** A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
- **Communication:** Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or higher
- **Domain Knowledge:** Proven expertise in customer engagement strategy, sales and commercial operations, omnichannel, marketing excellence, key account management, and/or medical affairs are preferred
- - Knowledge of Veeva products
- - Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions
