Job description
Summary
Veeva Systems is building an industry cloud for Life Sciences through software, data, AI, and business consulting. The Consultant will help pharmaceutical companies transform R&D operations by reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring business value across areas such as Clinical Operations, Clinical Data Management, Regulatory, and Pharmacovigilance.
Responsibilities
- Lead project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring the high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions
- Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders, leveraging Veeva’s unique data and software insights
- Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and professional development within your workstream
- Drive practice growth by contributing to business development and internal IP creation
Skills
- **Experience:** 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
- **Domain Knowledge:** Experience in biopharma ClinOps, ClinData, Regulatory, Safety, or general R&D strategy
- **Analytical Rigor:** A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
- **Communication:** Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or higher
- Knowledge of Veeva products
- Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions
Qualifications
