The role involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure compliance and promote ethical standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify analysis and reporting requirements, compiling and formatting data for clear presentation
- Conduct data mining and trend analyses using multiple sources to identify root causes and recommend solutions
- Develop and deliver standardized and special reports to support ongoing initiatives and management decision-making
- Fulfill information requests by gathering, structuring, and distributing data within deadlines
- Lead and participate in teams to coordinate work, provide guidance, and ensure quality and timely completion of assignments
- Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards in all processes and communications
Skills
- 1-year experience in intelligence, corporate security, law enforcement, or related field
- 1-year experience using a business intelligence (BI) tool (for example, Oracle) to create reports to specifications
- 1-year experience using descriptive statistics, exploratory data analysis, or univariate analyses
- 1-year experience using in-database analytics, SQL, or similar programming languages to retrieve, merge, and clean data from multiple sources or platforms
- Associate's degree in statistics, analytical studies, information systems, industrial engineering, economics, or related field
