Litigation Associate Attorney

Summary

Kistler Law Firm, APC is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Palmdale office. The attorney will handle plaintiff-side civil litigation, including discovery, depositions, law-and-motion matters, case strategy, client communication, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to written discovery
• Prepare meet-and-confer correspondence
• Prepare and argue discovery motions and other law-and-motion matters
• Prepare for and take depositions of parties, witnesses, and other case participants
• Assist with case strategy, client communication, and trial preparation
• Work closely with the firm’s attorneys and staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution or trial

Skills

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
• Professional, aggressive, and strategic approach to litigation
• Trial experience
• Civil litigation experience
