Summary
360 Behavioral Health provides behavioral health services and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II to manage full-cycle recruitment and build strong partnerships with candidates, hiring leaders, and community organizations. The role focuses on sourcing, candidate engagement, talent pipeline development, hiring events, requisition management, and improving recruiting outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage **full-cycle recruitment**, from sourcing and initial candidate engagement through interviews, offers, and hiring
- Deliver a positive and professional **candidate experience** through timely communication and consistent follow-through
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand staffing priorities and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, community partnerships, and other recruiting channels
- Develop sustainable **talent pipelines** for current and future hiring needs
- Build relationships with colleges, universities, community organizations, employment agencies, and other local partners
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in **hiring events, career fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities**
- Stay informed about recruiting trends, candidate behavior, market conditions, and sourcing strategies
- Screen and present candidates whose experience, skills, availability, and qualifications align with position requirements
- Partner with hiring managers regularly to review candidate pipelines, hiring needs, interview activity, and recruitment progress
- Post and maintain requisitions across appropriate job boards and recruiting platforms
- Manage multiple requisitions and priorities while meeting established hiring goals and timelines
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity within the applicant tracking system
- Follow established recruitment processes and ensure compliance throughout the hiring process
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting strategies, candidate engagement, and hiring outcomes
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of **2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience**
- Experience developing strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to quickly build rapport with candidates and hiring leaders
- Ability to take a consultative approach and provide hiring managers with guidance on recruiting best practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Professional, positive, and solutions-focused approach
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and follow through on commitments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

- Experience recruiting within **Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavioral health, healthcare, human services, or a related field.**
- Experience with recruitment events, community partnerships, or campus recruiting
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and sourcing platforms
