Summary
ACERTUS is an automotive logistics company offering services across the vehicle lifecycle. The Account Consultant provides concierge-level service to assigned clients, maintains customer relationships, identifies opportunities to support business objectives, coordinates reporting with operations, and resolves service issues.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients/customers
- Conduct reviews to identify changes which occur within client/customer organizations that may have an impact on ACERTUS business operations and communicate those items to management as needed
- Maintain a constant awareness of customer activities, recognizing when additional or new services may assist customers in achieving their business objectives
- Work closely with the operations team in preparation and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly customer status reports
- Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures with potential solutions to correct situations
- Receive and answer calls from clients/customers ensuring that problems are resolved; conduct follow up tasks as required
- Work with team members to develop solutions that are effective on a long team basis
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing professional networks, and benchmarking state of the art practices
