Summary
AdaptHealth is the employing organization for this role. The Compensation Analyst supports enterprise-wide compensation programs, administration, operations, and analytics by maintaining accurate compensation data, assisting with compensation cycles and market analysis, and providing insights that support fair and competitive pay practices.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining salary ranges, job evaluation data, and incentive plan documentation under the direction of senior analysts
- Help gather and organize data for market pricing studies and compensation surveys; assist with survey submissions and basic benchmarking
- Support job description reviews and help maintain accurate records for job leveling and classifications
- Assist with administrative tasks during the annual merit and bonus cycle, including data entry, quality checks, and report preparation
- Respond to routine compensation questions from HR and business partners, escalating more complex issues to senior team members; help prepare basic reports and summaries
- Help ensure compensation data and processes align with company policy, flagging potential compliance concerns to senior staff

- • Comfortable working with Excel and willingness to learn compensation systems and reporting tools
- • Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- • Eagerness to learn and grow within the compensation function
- • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience
- • 0–2 years of experience in compensation, HR, or related analytics work; internship experience considered
- • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced or growing organization
- • Exposure to market pricing tools (e.g., PayFactors, WTW, Mercer) a plus, but not required
