Talent Acquisition Sourcer

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for driving recruitment efforts by identifying and engaging potential candidates, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and selecting talent that aligns with the company’s culture.

Responsibilities

• Executes efficient and professional practices for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting high performing talent ensuring service excellence, positive candidate experience, and timely results
• Implements and may develop, sourcing strategies contributing to proactive talent management using a combination of talent branding, external search, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, social media, internal talent mining, and other relevant methods
• Engages in detailed job scope conversations during the intake meeting with the hiring manager and TA team to determine position specifications for assigned requisitions
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process including posting jobs, screening resumes, and interview support
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates and coordinate influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates, develop new channels of sourcing for our various locations
• Attend in-person and virtual job fairs in coordination with the TA team, HR, and Hiring Managers
• Proactively and regularly communicate the status of each search to the Team
• Leverage the applicant tracking system to maximize quality and accuracy of applicant flow and drives timely review of applicants who have applied
• Works collaboratively with 3rd party vendors on recruitment searches for temporary roles
• Develops and provides accurate and regular reporting of sourcing activities and uses KPIs and trend analysis to proactively identify opportunities for service excellence
• Ensures timely completion and compliance with cGMP and all other relevant company training requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related degree required or equivalent work experience
• Minimally 1-2 years of demonstrated talent sourcing experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment required
• Strong knowledge of corporate policies and procedures
• Demonstrates discretion when dealing with confidential information
• Self-starter who demonstrates flexibility and who effectively works independently and in teams
• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills
• Expert proficiency with Excel
• Up to 10% travel required
• Proficiency and experience with ICIMS tracking systems

Qualifications

Must Haves
