Job description

Summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) provides cloud computing solutions through its Professional Services team. The Associate Delivery Consultant will design, implement, and manage scalable AWS solutions, guide customers through cloud migrations, provide technical expertise, and support successful project delivery. The role also involves advising customers on emerging technologies and sharing knowledge through mentoring, training, and reusable artifacts.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby
  • Experience solving problems with technology in the Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry
  • Experience in cloud architecture and implementation
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences, or experience in similar environments
  • Experience with large-scale data analytics and data warehousing
  • AWS experience preferred, with proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation)
  • Experience in Data platform implementation
  • Hands on experience with building data or machine learning pipeline
  • Experience with one or more relevant tools (SQL, PostgreSQL, Data lake, DynamoDB, Hadoop)
  • Experience Implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing, enterprise environments
