Summary
Globe Life AO is hiring motivated individuals for a flexible, remote sales opportunity with training and mentorship provided. The Entry-Level Sales Representative will meet virtually with pre-qualified clients, present tailored benefit and protection plans, assist with enrollment, maintain digital records and follow-ups, and follow the company’s sales system.

- Meet virtually with pre-qualified clients via Zoom or phone
- Present benefit and protection plans tailored to client needs
- Assist clients through the enrollment process
- Maintain simple digital records and follow-ups
- Follow a proven sales system with team support
Skills
- • 18+ years old
- • Authorized to work in the U.S
- • Strong communication skills
- • Basic computer knowledge (Zoom, email, CRM)
- • Coachable, dependable, and self-motivated
- • Willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (assistance provided)
