Responsibilities

• You’ll connect with pre-qualified union members who requested information
• You’ll explain their coverage options in simple, easy-to-understand terms
• You’ll guide them through enrollment when it makes sense for their needs
• You’ll provide ongoing support and build long-term client relationships
• You’ll work remotely but never alone — our team environment is collaborative and supportive
