Summary
Aravolta builds a monitoring and controls platform connecting hardware and software across data centers. The Sales Development Representative will conduct outbound prospecting, research data center accounts, book and qualify meetings for company founders, and develop toward running discovery calls and eventually owning full-cycle sales.
Responsibilities
- Run call blocks daily and LinkedIn Sequences
- Research accounts before you call: new builds, expansions, AI capacity deals, who owns operations
- Book qualified meetings for the founders, confirm them, and keep the show rate high
- Sit in on the meetings you book and learn how we run discovery and demos
- Learn the industry: BMS, EPMS, DCIM, SCADA. You do not need to know these words today, you need to want to learn them
- You are on the phone in week one. Learn the pitch by making calls, not by studying. Build your machine as you go: lists, dialer, sequences, CRM. Book your first meetings in the first two weeks and sit in on every one that holds
- Full call blocks every day and the founders' calendar shows it: 8 to 10 meetings booked a month. You write the pre-call brief for every meeting you book and you own the follow-up notes. The industry vocabulary is starting to stick
- Holding 10 to 12 qualified meetings a month with a show rate above 80 percent. You open the meetings you booked and run the first ten minutes of discovery before handing off. From here the AE track starts
