Summary
Aravolta builds a monitoring and controls platform that connects data center infrastructure and provides live data and AI capabilities. The Business Development Representative will identify and engage data center decision-makers, conduct outbound calls and outreach, build lead lists, and book qualified meetings for the founders while developing expertise in the data center industry.
Responsibilities
- Build your own lead lists in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, pull attendee lists from industry conferences, and research accounts before you call: new builds, expansions, AI capacity deals, who owns operations. Built your own lead-gen process or tools before? Even better
- A real call block every day: 50 to 80 dials with a dialer and a clean list, backed by email and LinkedIn sequences
- Tracking every lead and every follow-up like it matters, because it does: knowing exactly what is working, what needs another touch, and never letting a good one go cold
- Booking qualified meetings with the people who run data centers, VPs of operations, directors of critical facilities, and executives at colocation and AI cloud companies, confirming every one and keeping the show rate high
- Sitting in on the meetings you book to learn discovery and demos
- The conference play at shows like DCD Connect and Data Center World: pull the attendee list, book the calendar before landing, walk the floor together, building real relationships with the people who run these buildings as you go
- Learning the industry: BMS, EPMS, DCIM, SCADA. You do not need to know these words today, you need to WANT to learn them
