Job description

Summary

Arcadia is a healthcare technology company that uses data, algorithms, and analytics to help providers and payers improve patient outcomes and reduce costs. The Business Development Representative will grow Arcadia’s presence within strategic healthcare organizations by researching prospects, conducting outreach, generating qualified sales opportunities, managing pipeline activities, and partnering with sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining expert knowledge in the features, benefits and application of Arcadia’s product and solutions
  • Building an organized, detail-oriented approach to manage your pipeline
  • Generating new pipeline through prospect engagements including cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn Networking, tradeshows, discovery calls, and other marketing activities
  • Partnering with a sales executive to generate outreach campaigns, strategize territory account plans, drive opportunities forward at all stages of the funnel, upward managing and driving progress
  • Understanding the competitive landscape and the differentiated value that Arcadia provides
  • Interacting with and developing relationships with existing Arcadia clients and prospects
  • Supporting creation of sales presentations to customer and prospects with the sales function (sales engineer, sales operations, sales leadership, and sales representatives)
  • Participating in sales planning and strategy meetings
  • Achieving sales quota by qualifying top leads

Skills

  • BA/BS degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven success in building qualified pipeline and identifying new opportunities within a set of named accountsSales experience within health systems, medical groups, or other healthcare organizations
  • Ability to explain, demonstrate, and articulate to potential clients how a complex product suite's features and benefits match their needs
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting automation tools
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent work ethic; this job requires flexibility to meet customer expectations
  • Competitive spirit and strong will to succeed
  • 2 years sales experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Experience in technology sales across health systems, medical groups, or other providers
  • Experience working with health system/provider organizations
  • Ability to learn on the fly, set personal goals, and reach above and beyond the requirements of the job description for personal development
  • Ability to work independently and with members of Business Development team on strategic initiatives

  • BA/BS degree, or equivalent work experience
