Project Management Consultant

Summary

Avicado Construction Technology Services is a technology consultancy that helps construction owners use cloud-based tools, applications, systems, and data. The Project Management Consultant will oversee software project delivery by developing project plans, managing milestones and resources, communicating with stakeholders, identifying risks, and maintaining project documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Work in complex and ambiguous environments
• Develop and execute project plans in collaboration with your client by outlining project milestones, tasks, and resource allocation
• Communicate effectively and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
• Identify and communicate potential risks to the project outcome
• Deliver quality deliverables on time to maintain a high standard throughout a project
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and analyze project data and metrics

Skills

• 2 to 5 Years Technical Project Management in technology software implementation and lifecycle management
• Ability to advise clients with confidence in ambiguous and complex environments
• Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies with minimal lag time
• Self-motivated, proactive and proven ability to adapt well and work with various team styles
• High EQ and responsive approach
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to tailor communication to your stakeholders
• Ability to adapt, handle and demonstrate flexibility with varied projects
• Familiarity with various schedule and project management tools (ex: Notion, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.)
• Familiarity with e-builder, Procore, Tableau, Power BI or Microsoft 365
• Construction, Real Estate or Technology experience
• Consulting experience
• Worked with complex business organizations
