The Growth Analytics Specialist will provide the data foundation for growth experiments and marketing decisions by building dashboards, analyzing funnel performance, and delivering actionable insights. The role partners with marketing, product, and data engineering teams to improve targeting, personalization, and growth investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain growth dashboards that track acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue metrics
• Conduct deep-dive funnel analyses to identify drop-off points and prioritize optimization opportunities
• Support experiment design and statistical analysis to ensure growth tests are properly instrumented and interpreted
• Develop audience segmentation models and cohort analyses that inform targeting and personalization strategies
• Partner with marketing, product, and data engineering teams to ensure clean, reliable data flows
• Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders through reports, visualizations, and presentations

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a data-focused marketing role
• Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
• Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets to answer business questions
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts relevant to A/B testing and experiment analysis

Qualifications
