The Growth Hacker will identify, test, and scale creative strategies across acquisition, activation, and retention funnels by analyzing data, running experiments, and collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run growth experiments targeting acquisition, activation, and retention funnel stages
• Research and test unconventional growth tactics including viral mechanics, referral programs, and product-led strategies
• Analyze user behavior and funnel data to identify friction points and prioritize high-impact experiments
• Execute campaigns across multiple channels and iterate rapidly based on performance data
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement technical experiments and automation scripts
• Document experiment results and contribute to a shared knowledge base of growth learnings

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in growth hacking, growth marketing, or a highly experimental digital marketing role
• Experience running structured experiments and using data to validate or invalidate growth hypotheses
• Working knowledge of web analytics, funnel analysis, and basic SQL or data querying skills
• Familiarity with performance marketing, SEO, and product-led growth concepts
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a high tolerance for testing, failing, and iterating

Qualifications
