Responsibilities
- Supports the design, documentation, and maintenance of network infrastructure
- Providing hands-on troubleshooting for connectivity and performance issues
- Manage assigned projects and research system upgrades to ensure hardware and policies remain compliant with organizational standards
- Perform scheduled maintenance and participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Skills
- 4 year college degree or 2 years of related experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal and client-facing communication skills
- Strong personal and time management skills
- Strong work ethic
- Can take concepts and turn them into technical solutions that solve problems
- Highly motivated self-starter interested in constant improvement
- Outstanding customer service skills

- Associate level industry certifications desirable - CCNA, JNCIA, etc
