Technical Business Analyst (Remote)

Summary

Bizowie Cloud ERP provides cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning solutions for mid-market manufacturers, distributors, and online retailers. The Technical Business Analyst will support the Bizowie Cloud ERP platform by analyzing customer needs and issues, documenting product specifications, and coordinating testing and implementation of new features and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the Bizowie Cloud ERP product and customers' diverse business needs and requirements
• Demonstrate product knowledge by completing complex and varying project work
• Diagnose, research and analyze customer issues and requests
• Stay current on new system releases and functionality
• Create product specifications that serve as a blueprint for the development team to build out new features or functionality
• Design, document and execute test plans and procedures to ensure that all aspects of the software are thoroughly tested before deployment
• Demonstrate ability to document customer facing materials for new features and functionality
• Showcase abilities to collect, document and execute on customer's complex business requirements as it relates to implementing our ERP

Skills

• 2+ years experience in an analytical role
• Self-starter with the ability and willingness to learn complex products and business processes
• Exceptional critical thinking skills
• Excellent time management and project planning skills
• Proven ability to execute on assigned tasks with 100% on time completion score
• Highly technically adept, experienced with web applications
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Forward thinker who consistently works to streamline and better orchestrate process
• Experience with accounting concepts, manufacturing/distribution is a plus
