Affiliate Program Manager

Summary

Blackout Coffee Co. is a Florida-roasted direct-to-consumer coffee brand seeking an Affiliate Program Manager to own and grow its performance-based affiliate channel. The role involves recruiting, onboarding, reactivating, and supporting partners; monitoring tracking and fraud; coordinating creative and payouts; and reporting affiliate revenue and activity to the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and reach 15-20 qualified partners: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, newsletters, blogs, forums, and groups
• Reply to questions and applications within 24 hours
• Approve or decline, then onboard
• Watch tracking for breaks and fraud
• Affiliate note: what's converting, new assets, leaderboard
• A few calls with people who are producing or about to
• One fresh creative drop from our library + AI (you are not a studio)
• Report to the CEO: new signups, reactivations, active promoters, revenue, top people
• Payout cycle on time
• Who is live, who went quiet, who to cut
• Work the dormant 2,000: who is worth a second ask
• Coupon-leak check
• Who is promoting other coffee, and can we get them

Skills

• 2+ years running affiliate, partnerships, or performance programs
• You have recruited on commission and been told no a lot
• Strong written English (accent does not matter)
• You will be on camera with partners
• You know Refersion, UpPromote, Impact, or similar
• You use AI to make enough assets that nobody says they had nothing to post
• You run the desk without a daily standup
