Summary

The IT Rotation role is part of a two-year rotational program providing hands-on experience across IT teams, with responsibilities spanning business analysis, data analytics, product management, project management, testing, design, and software validation.
Responsibilities
- Work on various projects supporting the IT department based on the current rotation
- Find ways to quickly adapt to the needs of a team and add value
- Influence team members, customers, users, stakeholders, and management
- Participate in program events, training, and team-building activities
- Participate in and/or lead activities for the IT internship program
- Learn and apply business analysis, data analytics, product management, project management, testing management and execution, and design skills to solve problems for our customers and users
- Complete all mandatory BSC training courses based on intra-IT department training requirements
- Create and manage software validation deliverables
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or similar
- 0-1 years of prior experience (or similar through internships) in IT
- Must have prior intern experience with Boston Scientific
- Must graduate between Fall 2026- Spring 2027
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization
