Responsibilities
- Assist the team with initial supplier engagement, such as Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) processing, supplier onboarding, and requests for information
- Support the preparation and organization of critical documents for bidding processes (RFx)
- Contribute to key business operations by maintaining data for operational reports and tracking contract information
- Help collect and organize site energy consumption data to support the finance operations team
- Track supplier performance by analyzing data for scorecards and Service Level Agreement (SLA) monitoring
- Support the preparation of key artifacts for supplier business review meetings
Skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and a collaborative team player
- Prior internship or academic project experience in supply chain, logistics, project coordination, or data center
