Job description

Summary

Cambium Assessment is an educational technology company providing assessment and instructional solutions that support students and teachers. The Content Project Coordinator supports statewide computer-based assessment programs by coordinating project deliverables, tracking documentation and feedback, assisting with item reviews, and providing administrative and meeting support to internal teams and state clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support for the content team members to make sure project deliverables are communicated, tracked, and completed on time
  • Organizes and manages various parts of the project such as meeting agendas, official meeting minutes, issues logs/tracking documents, and other project management artifacts
  • Assists with and coordinates item reviews; tracks feedback from client and responses/resolution from internal functional teams
  • Update documentation and support materials for content teams
  • Drives and/or participates in educator trainings on systems and processes
  • Provides meeting support, including preparation of materials
  • Assists with production and assembly of reports, presentations, and meeting materials

Skills

  • Must work and reside within the US for this position
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with MS Office applications and Google Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Acute attention to detail and strong work ethic
