Summary
Claritas Rx uses AI, predictive modeling, advanced analytics, real-world data, and CRM capabilities to help rare disease and specialty brands improve patient access and treatment adherence. The part-time Contract Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for engineering and data roles, partner with hiring managers, build diverse talent pipelines, support candidate experience, maintain ATS data, and manage offers.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and close qualified candidates for technical positions (e.g., Software Engineering, DevOps)
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with engineering leaders to understand technical requirements, define sourcing strategies, and align on evaluation criteria
- Advanced Sourcing: Leverage innovative and advanced sourcing techniques to identify top talent
- Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through our hiring process seamlessly, offering timely feedback, preparing them for technical panels, and serving as a positive champion of the Claritas Rx brand
- Data & Tracking: Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workable, clean, compliant, and up-to-date while providing regular progress metrics to leadership
- Offer Management: Manage offer negotiations for successful placements
Skills
- 3+ years of proven success working explicitly as a Technical Recruiter (agency or in-house) with a track record of filling complex engineering roles
- Deep understanding of the modern tech stack, including concepts like cloud computing, DevOps pipelines, front/backend frameworks, and database architectures
- Proficiency with major Applicant Tracking Systems and advanced boolean search operators
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the power to engage highly selective engineering talent
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, or a related field
