Summary
Clearwave Fiber is a fiber broadband provider expanding its network and community presence. The Field Marketing Coordinator will execute local events, sponsorships, community partnerships, brand activations, and fiber launch support while representing the brand, generating leads for Sales, gathering market intelligence, and completing related reporting.
Responsibilities
- Execute field components of GTM campaigns — brand activations and launch support in new build and upgraded fiber areas
- Plan and execute local events, sponsorships, community engagements — festivals, HOA meetings, chambers of commerce, school partnerships
- Representing the brand on-site, generate and hand off warm leads to Sales, and capture content for the brand and social teams
- Gather and report local market intelligence — competitor activity, pricing, and customer sentiment
- Execute all field activity within brand guidelines and maintain local asset inventory
- Complete event recaps, lead tracking, and market reporting on time and with accuracy
Skills
- The successful candidate will be located in one of our current markets
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in marketing or communications roles (marketing communications, brand marketing, direct marketing, digital marketing or public relations)
- Proficiency (intermediate level or better) in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required, and working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) is a plus
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Must be able to independently manage multiple projects and priorities
- Problem-solving and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration is preferred
