Summary
NetBox Labs helps companies build and manage complex networks through open, composable network automation products. The Field Marketing Coordinator will support the planning and execution of field marketing, event, and partner marketing programs, coordinating stakeholders, vendors, logistics, budgets, communications, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support the research, development, and execution of field marketing initiatives, including or own conferences, third-party trade shows, and regional events
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to research, develop, and execute campaigns and projects moving forward on time
- Help organize and coordinate NetBox Labs and industry events, including proactively communicating in a concise, effective manner with internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with the marketing team on partner marketing programs — co-marketing campaigns, joint events, and shared sponsorships with ecosystem partners
- Assist with weekly and monthly marketing program reporting and metrics (events, campaigns, registration and attendance data)
- At times manage event logistics and on-the-ground execution — venue and vendor coordination, booth setup, and swag

- • 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or integrated marketing campaigns — ideally in B2B tech or SaaS
- • Hands-on experience supporting trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, or regional events
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownership and execution focus
- • Proficiency using Google Workspace applications, Zoom, and Slack
- • Experience supporting pipeline generation through events and regional marketing programs
- • Experience with HubSpot as a marketing automation tool
- • Experience in leveraging Claude or other AI tools in day-to-day workflows
- • Experience in a high-growth software or technology company
