Summary
Colliers is a real estate services company seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support tenant receivable and accounting operations. The role records receivable activity, processes tenant billings and payments, generates reports, responds to inquiries, conducts research, and coordinates cash management activities.

Skills
- Post-secondary education in accounting or business
- Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive accounts receivable or accounting experience
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
- Experience with Excel, Word and other accounting software (YARDI preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with high volume accounts receivable departments
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas
