Senior Sales Director (Electronic Billing)

Summary

CWA Merchant Services is on a mission to build a comprehensive suite of credit card processing and merchant services. The Senior Sales Director will be responsible for growing the electronic billing business by acquiring new accounts and maintaining relationships to increase sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and acquire new business by promoting North’s electronic billing solutions while expanding and sustaining revenue from current accounts to increase sales and profitability
• Successfully lead negotiations and related contract terms to create mutually beneficial relationships
• Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to develop go-to market sales strategy
• Collaborate with product teams to drive alignment of product gaps, key features, and customer requirements
• Conducts market research into the electronic billing market and creates an action plan for achieving new business

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years of self prospecting sales experience specifically in the electronic billing segment, within the Payments industry
• High school diploma or equivalent required
