Summary
Danka Office Imaging is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support its medical imaging products and equipment. The role performs on-site installation, preventive maintenance, repair, calibration, troubleshooting, customer training, and technical support across an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Performs on-site installation, preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration of company’s products and equipment
- Provides support to KMHA sales, service and management teams
- Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems
- Isolates start-up malfunctions and takes corrective action
- Train customer personnel in equipment operation and maintenance
- Represents company in dealings with customers
- Prepares daily logs and reports of work performed
- Assigned projects are diverse in problem solving
- Domestic travel approximately 50-75%, including visits to KMHA customer locations, sales conferences, dealer locations, and/or field service territories
- International travel may be required for product training or development of training programs

- • Experience with installation and service of CR/DR modality products
- • General knowledge and understanding of DICOM
