Software Sales

Summary

Dealer Alchemist is an automotive advertising technology company that provides software, websites, and advertising solutions for automobile dealerships. The entry-level Software Sales role develops dealership prospects, schedules software demonstrations, manages client relationships, collaborates with internal teams, tracks activities in the CRM, and travels to client locations within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of prospective clients
• Follow the regional sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Manage and grow a portfolio of car dealership clients within the assigned region
• Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with dealership decision-makers, including general managers and marketing teams
• Learn about client needs and how to tailor solutions to help dealerships achieve their marketing and sales goals
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, product, and client success teams) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
• Track sales activities and progress using CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting
• Travel to client locations within the assigned region to schedule/conduct meetings, presentations, and relationship-building activities. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s offerings

Skills

• This is a remote position. Hiring in the LA, Miami/Ft Lauderdale, NYC/NJ or TX markets

• Proven track record of achieving results in your prior academic and athletic career
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Windows or Mac environments
• Google Docs
• Powerpoint
• AI (Chat GPT or Claude)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Military or equitable experience will be considered
• A current resume
