Summary

The AI Project/Change Manager will lead AI implementation and adoption initiatives, improve workflows, coordinate training and communications, and measure operational impact across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI implementation initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, priorities, and business goals remain aligned
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess current processes and identify where AI can improve efficiency, productivity, and service delivery
- Build and manage adoption strategies that encourage employee engagement and support long-term behavioral change
- Coordinate training, communications, and support resources so teams can confidently integrate AI tools into their day-to-day work
- Define success measures for AI programs and track performance to demonstrate operational impact and business value
- Present progress, insights, and recommendations to leadership to guide decision-making and future investment
- Oversee workflow optimization efforts tied to AI usage, helping departments redesign processes for stronger outcomes
- Support occasional travel for team collaboration sessions and strategic planning activities as needed
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Technology Project Management, Change Management, AI Adoption, Digital Transformation, Learning Enablement, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience driving user adoption of new technologies or business processes
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience gathering requirements and analyzing business workflows
- Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and optimize operational workflows
- Experience creating KPI frameworks, adoption metrics, and executive reporting
- Familiarity with modern AI tools and assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies
- Working knowledge of SQL, BI dashboards, reporting platforms, or analytics tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
