Summary
Dice is recruiting a Project Manager to lead pre-implementation activities for an Oracle Incentive Compensation module implementation. The role will coordinate discovery, requirements gathering, process and technology documentation, project planning, stakeholder alignment, and development of a reusable HR Technology project management playbook.
Responsibilities
- Lead the pre-implementation workstream for the Incentive Compensation module, including scope definition, planning, and readiness for implementation kickoff
- Partner with the Oracle ICM technical-functional lead to translate inputs into clear plans, timelines, and stakeholder-ready materials
- Facilitate working sessions to document current-state processes, pain points, dependencies, and regulatory or risk considerations
- Drive requirements gathering and documentation for eligibility, approval rules, notifications, audit controls, and reporting needs
- Coordinate documentation of current and future-state technology flows, including system touchpoints and integrations
- Develop a project management playbook for pre-work and scoping for future HR Technology implementations
- Build and maintain the integrated project plan, RAID log, decision log, and stakeholder communication plan
- Produce concise, executive-ready status reporting on progress, risks, and required actions
- Coordinate resource planning, onboarding, and vendor mobilization activities
- Support the development of statement of work inputs and scope validation
- Establish and run a disciplined meeting cadence with clear action items and follow-through
- Navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive consensus on ownership
- Partner on RACI development and role clarity across all teams
Skills
- Demonstrated project management experience leading technical or enterprise system implementations, preferably with Oracle Cloud HCM and/or Oracle Incentive Compensation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate technical details into clear business language
- Organizational skills with a focus on documentation, follow-up, and version control
- Proven ability to create structure in ambiguous environments
- Experience developing project documentation, process flows, playbooks, or templates for reuse
- Strong facilitation skills for requirements sessions and leadership briefings
- Ability to manage competing priorities and dependencies across multiple partner teams
- Familiarity with incentive or variable compensation plan design, payout calculation, and approval workflows
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification
- Financial services or credit union experience, including familiarity with risk, security, and audit review requirements
