Disaster Recovery IT Consultant I

Summary

PTR Global is a provider of information technology and workforce solutions. The company is seeking a Disaster Recovery IT Consultant I to support its Disaster Recovery Program through recovery plan development, testing coordination, compliance tracking, reporting, and ServiceNow BCM administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain DR Plans, Runbooks, and Test Plans
• Update and maintain ServiceNow BCM records and recovery inventories
• Coordinate meetings, testing schedules, and evidence collection activities
• Track remediation actions, risks, and compliance metrics
• Assist with audit evidence preparation and reporting
• Perform CMDB validation and data quality analysis

Skills

• 2 to 5 years of IT, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or IT Governance experience
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Familiarity with DR concepts, infrastructure, cloud, and application environments
• Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365 preferred

Qualifications

Must Haves

• 2 to 5 years of IT, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or IT Governance experience
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Familiarity with DR concepts, infrastructure, cloud, and application environments

Nice to Haves

• Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365 preferred
