Summary

ProSidian Consulting is a Management and Operations Consulting Services Firm that focuses on providing tailored solutions to clients. They are seeking an IT Technician to provide support in Disaster Response, Recovery, and Logistics Operations within the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector, primarily serving the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Responsibilities

  • PC and client/server support responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving client issues with hardware or software maintenance, installations, and upgrades; provides service by communicating with technical and non-technical staff; resolves computer problems in person, via telephone or from a remote location; provides assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, applications, accounts, services, and operating systems
