Job description

Summary

Distro is seeking a high-energy Business Consultant to drive market expansion and own the full sales lifecycle. The role is responsible for prospecting, managing channel partnerships, negotiating agreements with executive clients, maintaining Salesforce pipelines, and supporting client success through implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the territory through cold outreach, networking, and strategic channel partner relationships
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: discovery, needs analysis, executive presentations, and pricing/contract negotiations
  • Ensure client success by maintaining ownership through post-sale and implementation phases for smooth handoffs
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce; consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Travel domestically for client meetings, industry conferences, and team on-sites as required

Skills

  • • 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred, with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets
  • • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills; ability to influence executive stakeholders
  • • Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office
  • • High school diploma or equivalent experience/certifications; valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • • Self-motivated, organized, adaptable problem-solver with strong ethics and confidentiality
