Summary
DoorDash is a technology and logistics company that connects consumers, merchants, and Dashers while supporting local economies. The Associate Manager will develop and scale reporting and measurement tools, third-party data integrations, privacy-enhancing technologies, and marketing analytics solutions for Restaurant advertisers. The role partners with Product, Analytics, Data Engineering, and Partnerships teams to improve targeting, attribution, measurement, and advertiser outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze: You enjoy hunting for insights and using data to share meaningful learnings and make actionable recommendations
- Scale: You are ready to roll up your sleeves to build and scale new & existing tools & processes
- Partner: You’ve worked closely with advertisers before and know what data they need to achieve their marketing goals
- Innovate: Lead the development of new data integrations with measurement & AdTech partners to unlock advanced targeting, measurement, and optimization use cases
- Build: Deploy privacy-enhancing measurement solutions, including experimentation with clean rooms and first-party data collaboration frameworks
Skills
- * You have 4-6+ years of experience in marketing technology, performance marketing, marketing analytics, or operations, with a proven track record of success
- High growth startup experience preferred
- * Strong analytical and technical skills, with advanced proficiency in SQL to support data processing, automation, and analysis
- * Ability to translate technical details into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and communicate clearly across cross-functional teams
- * Experience collaborating with engineering, data, and product teams to implement scalable marketing solutions aligned with business goals
- * Experience with digital tracking, attribution and incrementality measurement across web and app environments, including hands-on experience with adtech tools (e.g., Mobile Measurement Partners, Customer Data Platforms, Data Clean Rooms)
- * Demonstrated expertise in advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager), including app attribution, incrementality measurement, and API integrations
- * You have a proven track record of leading cross functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast moving environment
- * You are a strong communicator and project manager, taking pride in the quality work your team delivers
- * You have a BA/BS degree
