Job description

Summary

DoorDash is a technology and logistics company focused on empowering local economies. The Senior Associate will play a key role in building business strategies for the Dasher & Logistics team, improving operational outcomes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the Dasher experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build analysis to create data-driven decisions to improve the experience for our Users
  • Operate at the lowest level of detail to become an expert of this problem space
  • Learn how to develop strategies and act on them
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive impact for DoorDash

Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, financial services, operations, technology, startups or related experience
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data, make informed decisions and balance quantitative measurement with an empathetic, intuition-based mindset
  • Ability to crunch data in SQL/excel independently
  • Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear, concise, and thorough way to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Focus on getting stuff done and aren't afraid to get into the details
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and the dynamic nature of operations which may require working weekends and holidays
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
