Job description
Summary
Dynamic Systems (DSI), LLC is seeking an IT Project Manager to support and drive technology initiatives across the organization. This role will lead and coordinate IT projects, oversee technology rollouts, and manage job site IT coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate IT projects across multiple teams and functional areas
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely completion of initiatives
- Provide clear and consistent communication to IT teams and business partners
- Plan and execute technology implementations across departments
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption
- Coordinate training, documentation, and rollout support
- Oversee IT setup for job sites, including internet, hardware, and related services
- Coordinate setup and teardown timelines aligned with project schedules
- Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure readiness and support
- Ensure all services (internet, telecom, subscriptions, etc.) are properly discontinued at job closure
- Coordinate with vendors to prevent unnecessary or ongoing charges
- Maintain tracking of active services and closures
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in IT project management, project coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Working knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, or service delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter who can work independently and across teams
- Comfortable working with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience coordinating with vendors and managing service-related activities
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum, or similar certification is a plus, but not required
Qualifications
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in IT project management, project coordination, or a similar role
