Summary
Elevator Services Group is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to support and train dealer partners in mobility solutions across the U.S. The role focuses on technical training, hands-on installation support, troubleshooting, and promoting safe, high-quality stairlift and platform lift services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging technical training—both in-person and virtual—focused on stairlift and platform lift installation and maintenance
- Support dealer partners on-site during installations, offering hands-on coaching and ensuring safety and quality standards are met
- Provide reliable phone and email support to troubleshoot installation or product issues
- Work closely with dealers to promote best practices and elevate the customer experience
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience installing and servicing stairlifts (required)
- Clear, confident communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- A passion for teaching and helping others succeed
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage your time independently
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
- 50%–75% travel required across the Northeast, plus occasional U.S., Canada, or international travel for training or events
- Must be based in the Northeast region
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is a plus
- Prior experience in technical training—especially in the elevator or mobility space—is a plus
