Summary
Elevator Services Group is partnering with a global leader in innovative mobility solutions that helps people move safely and comfortably in homes and public spaces. The Technical Manager will train and support dealer partners across the U.S. through technical instruction, hands-on installation coaching, and troubleshooting for stairlift and platform lift products.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging technical training—both in-person and virtual—focused on stairlift and platform lift installation and maintenance
- Support dealer partners on-site during installations, offering hands-on coaching and ensuring safety and quality standards are met
- Provide reliable phone and email support to troubleshoot installation or product issues
- Work closely with dealers to promote best practices and elevate the customer experience
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience installing and servicing stairlifts (required)
- Clear, confident communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- A passion for teaching and helping others succeed
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage your time independently
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
- Must be based in the Northeast region
- 50%–75% travel required across the Northeast, plus occasional U.S., Canada, or international travel for training or events
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is a plus
- Prior experience in technical training—especially in the elevator or mobility space—is a plus
