Software Training Video Developer

Summary

Elevos supports major infrastructure clients by enabling the adoption and implementation of critical enterprise technologies. The Software Training Video Developer will create software training videos and related instructional content, collaborate with subject matter experts, assess existing materials, and ensure digital content meets regulatory and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop system orientation, process overview, and procedural demonstration videos
• Design outlines, scripts, and storyboards for training activities
• Interview subject matter experts about work processes, technological tools, and performance standards
• Analyze existing training materials for relevance, accuracy, and quality
• Ensure digital content complies with regulatory requirements and organizational standards

Skills

• 3+ years of experience developing how-to software training videos for major system implementation projects
• 1+ years of experience supporting engineering, construction, or finance teams in the transportation or utilities spaces
• World-class written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced technological aptitude and digital literacy
• Ability to make independent progress in complex and dynamic environments
