Summary

Elite Home Healthcare is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Home Health Recruiter to support the growth of its home health team. The role manages full-cycle recruiting, develops talent pipelines, partners with hiring leaders, evaluates candidates, coordinates interviews, and maintains recruitment records while attending career fairs in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for home health positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and workforce priorities
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through multiple channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for clinical and non-clinical home health roles
• Conduct phone screens and initial candidate evaluations to assess qualifications and fit
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and support a smooth and timely hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the applicant tracking system
