Summary
ENFRA is an energy infrastructure and energy services company focused on innovative energy solutions. The Financial Modeling Analyst supports financial analysis and modeling across project finance, investment analysis, financing, and strategic decision-making. The role develops and maintains financial models, evaluates project opportunities, performs scenario analyses, and provides insights to business leaders and project teams.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains financial models supporting central utility, chilled water, renewable energy,and power infrastructure projects under the guidance of senior team members
- Assists in evaluating project economics, pricing strategies, capital structures, and financing alternatives
- Maintains project-level financial models by updating assumptions, validating inputs, and ensuring model accuracy
- Performs sensitivity and scenario analyses related to project capacity, costs, revenues, financing assumptions, and regulatory impacts
- Supports the preparation of financial analyses, reports, and presentation materials for executive leadership and project teams
- Participates in meetings with internal stakeholders and external advisors, including legal counsel, tax professionals, accounting firms, lenders, and investors, to gain an understanding of project financing and regulatory considerations
- Collaborates with engineering, operations, development, and finance teams to collect data, validate assumptions, and support project execution
- Performs financial analysis of project and business performance and identifies opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Assists in maintaining financial databases, model documentation, and analytical tools to support consistency and quality across projects
- Interprets financial data and prepares analyses that support business planning and strategic decision-making
Skills
- Bachelor' Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related field required
- Four years of directly related experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
- Two years of related experience is required
- Outstanding analytical skills and demonstrated expertise in developing and utilizing detailed, Excel-based, financial models
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
- 0-15% travel required for this position
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Climbing stairs
