Job description
Summary
Envision Radiology is seeking a Financial Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support enterprise financial planning and strategic decision-making. The role manages budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, cash flow analysis, financial modeling, executive reporting, and cross-functional growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Supports the timely and accurate preparation of financial budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses
- Owns and maintains the long-range financial planning model
- Develops and maintains enterprise cash flow forecasts
- Conducts enterprise revenue analysis and identifies key trends, risks, and opportunities
- Builds financial models supporting strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, and operational improvements
- Partners with Development and Operations on de novo and strategic growth analyses
- Prepares executive-level financial analyses and presentations
- Contributes to acquisition integration and value creation initiatives as assigned
- Analyzes financial and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborates cross-functionally to support planning and decision-making
- Promotes FP&A best practices
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- 3+ years of progressive FP&A, Finance, or Accounting experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting
- Strong communication, analytical, and business partnership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- Experience with Planful, Sage Intacct, or similar systems preferred
- Healthcare finance experience preferred
- MBA and/or CPA preferred
Qualifications
Must Haves
- 3+ years of progressive FP&A, Finance, or Accounting experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting
- Strong communication, analytical, and business partnership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Planful, Sage Intacct, or similar systems preferred
- Healthcare finance experience preferred
- MBA and/or CPA preferred
