Summary
Envoy Global is an innovator in the global immigration space that combines technology with holistic services to simplify the immigration process. The Enterprise Specialist supports clients by addressing customer issues, coordinating immigration case activities, monitoring progress, and maintaining successful customer partnerships through proactive and empathetic service.
Responsibilities
- Services delivered by the Enterprise Specialist shall be limited to assisting Company with its management of Envoy-related immigration Matters. These services may include:
- Initiating cases on the Envoy Platform on the clients behalf as requested
- Coordinating with new hires and existing the clients employee who have questions about their ongoing cases
- Fielding internal immigration and perm residency questions to coordinate with the appropriate subject matter experts
- Proactively monitoring case progress against start dates and expected timelines
- Coordinating fully with our clients HR team (People Consultants, People Practices Team, Candidate Support Advisors), TA (Talent Acquisition Team), client employees, Envoy’s customer service teams, and signatories to complete case documentation
- Coordinate with internal parties for approval on work authorization renewals
- Other services as mutually agreed by the Parties
- Regular updates/communications to the team
Skills
- Relevant work experience; College degree preferred
- 2-6 years of experience in a client facing and customer service role, or related customer/client account services role
- Experience in the immigration industry working as a paralegal or in a client/customer facing role is highly preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in employment immigration while managing a large caseload or multiple projects/priorities
- Experience in handling escalated issues
- Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office Suite
- This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates residing anywhere within the U.S
- College degree

- Experience with PowerBI a plus
