Summary

The Data Quality Analyst will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability by designing quality rules, automating validation controls, profiling datasets, and collaborating with engineering, analytics, and governance teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain data quality rules and validation controls
- Perform data profiling to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and quality gaps
- Automate data quality checks and integrate them into existing data pipelines
- Work with large volumes of data to ensure integrity and reliability at scale
- Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and reporting mechanisms for data quality
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and governance teams to improve overall data health
Skills
- - 2+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Governance
- - Strong SQL skills, with basic knowledge of NoSQL technologies (OpenSearch/Elasticsearch)
- - Proficiency in Python for data profiling, pandas, and control automation
- - Proven experience designing and implementing data quality rules (not just consuming reports)
- - Hands-on experience working with large data volumes
- - Experience with data quality frameworks such as Great Expectations, Soda Core/SodaCL, dbt Tests, or Deequ
- - Skills in rule configuration, validation automation, alerting/monitoring, and pipeline integration
- - Familiarity with observability and reporting tools: Grafana, Zabbix, Power BI, Oracle SQL
- - Experience with Bitbucket/Jira/Git, REST APIs, and N8N
- - Experience in the telecommunications industry, OSS systems, or network inventories (a major plus)
- - Knowledge of data governance frameworks such as DAMA, TM Forum (GB1023/1025/SID), or ISO 8000 (a major plus)
