Summary
First American Home Warranty offers home warranty products and services to home sellers, buyers, and agents. The company is seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst to support product strategy and customer retention initiatives through pricing, customer behavior, campaign, and product performance analysis. The role will build analytical models and dashboards, measure tests, and translate complex data into recommendations for cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analyses to support product strategy, pricing decisions, and retention initiatives
- Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and market trends to identify growth and retention opportunities
- Develop pricing analyses, segmentation models, and performance reporting to improve profitability and competitiveness
- Partner with marketing, product, finance, and leadership teams to evaluate offers, campaigns, and retention strategies
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models using Python, SQL, and BI tools
- Perform deep-dive analyses on churn, customer lifetime value, conversion, pricing elasticity, and campaign ROI
- Design and measure tests to assess pricing changes, promotional strategies, and retention programs
- Synthesize complex data into clear business recommendations and executive-ready presentations
- Support forecasting, scenario modeling, and ongoing performance monitoring across key products and customer segments
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across analyses and reporting

This role will combine analytical rigor with business insight to evaluate pricing performance, customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and product trends. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, building actionable analyses in Python and/or SQL, and translating findings into clear recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in analytics, pricing, marketing strategy, revenue management, or a related role
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and/or SQL for detailed data analysis
- Experience analyzing large datasets and building models to support business decision-making
- Strong understanding of pricing strategy, customer analytics, and retention metrics
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar are preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle analysis, churn modeling, A/B testing, and segmentation
- Experience supporting product strategy or go-to-market decisions through quantitative analysis
- Working knowledge of statistical methods, forecasting, or predictive modeling
- Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, lending, fintech, or other regulated industries
