Summary
ServiceMac is a mortgage sub-servicing entity focused on technology, products, and services for the mortgage and real estate industries. The Product Manager, Digital Operations & Readiness manages assigned client digital experiences from implementation through ongoing product management and leads operational readiness practices across the digital portfolio. The role partners with clients, internal teams, and vendors to improve customer-facing digital experiences and establish consistent testing, release readiness, knowledge, reporting, and monitoring practices.
Responsibilities
- Assignments typically center on an assigned product or product line
- Collects information on customers’ needs and desires through market research
- Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraise new product ideas and/or product changes
- Translates product strategy into detailed requirements
- Monitors ongoing advancement and planning of the product roadmap by working with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Development & individual clients to understand future needs and opportunities
- Measures and communicates the progress of a project to the client and Management
- Executes tasks and assignments on the product roadmap; may provide direction to the product development team for product evolution and priorities
- Define high level customer requirements for the customer experience including product features and functions, target markets, and pricing
- Assess market competition by comparing the Company’s product to competitors’ products
- Other duties as assigned
