Talent Acquisition Partner

Summary

First Onsite is a property restoration company seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support organizational hiring needs. The role develops recruiting strategies, sources and evaluates candidates, manages the full candidate experience, partners with hiring leaders, and strengthens talent pipelines and employer brand.

Responsibilities

• Strategically source, assess, and recruit top talent to meet organizational staffing needs
• Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies and create recruiting plans
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies across diverse channels to attract, engage, and retain candidates
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment and hiring process
• Negotiate offers and communicate with selected and non-selected candidates
• Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems and support HR process alignment
• Build and leverage professional networks and participate in hiring events and career fairs
• Travel occasionally (10-15%) as required

• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in social media sourcing and candidate engagement
• Experienced in full-cycle sourcing, including passive candidate identification, networking, job analysis, and relationship management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
