Responsibilities
- Welcome and onboard new members through the enrollment process
- Provide personalized support while delivering an exceptional client experience
- Present benefit solutions tailored to each client's needs and goals
- Respond promptly to client inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Organize appointments and manage scheduling efficiently
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Skills
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense
- No prior insurance experience is required
